Did a cheat day yesterday and unfortunately haven't had a BM in days...

I limit my caffeine due to blood pressure, Miralax doesn't do much for me, and I live on water. 12 bottles at work alone. I don't keep track of my water at home. I think I just need to get off this night shift and get back where I belong. Problem is, THEY don't really care about the workers or our health as long as it's not a Workman Comp issue that they have to pay for........ Thanks for the ideas. I'll keep plugging along, no pun intended... ;)

I add fiber powder to my protein shakes,, keeps things moving .. you may want to reconsider those cheat days till your closer to your goal.
