OK!!!
This is going to be interesting. My nieces were here this weekend...2 and 7 years. They really enjoyed JUMPING on my electronic scale because they would get all sorts of weights on there and they got a kick out of weighing differently with every jump!
Somehow, my scale is not working even with a battery replacement. I sneaked a weigh in on Friday and lost 2 pounds so I will have to assume I lost at least another pound since my shoulder felt a little better and I got some Hwa Rang Do workouts in.
I will tell if I lost weight the old fashion way I guess, by seeing if my walking shorts (which are extremely tight and I can barely button them)fit me looser.
