Thanks Jamaica. I think it was mainly water weight BUT I will take it. My 7 yr old, while I was exercising told me that I had one BIG ab... I didn't know if I should laugh or cry. LOL... darn kids

I did laugh and quite loud too. I even shared the conversation on my facebook account... let's just say, I made a lot of my friends happy.
