Trying to transition from Optivia processed foods to whole foods.

Made these great brownies from black beans & maple syrup/Lakanto. Also garbanzo bars w blueberries, which are more like tasty pudding. Still working on that one.

Any favorite whole food snacks???

100-300g fruit (cantaloupe, sometimes with banana or orange), 1 or 2 Brazil nuts or 1/2 to 1 oz other raw nuts like raw pistachios, almonds, or macadamia); and protein like 1 oz fresh mozzarella ball, 1 or 2 hard boiled eggs, and/or chicken drumstick. Usually works out to be 20 -30g carbs, 20-30g protein, and 150-350 calories.
