so I didn't end up taking the time to track anything on here while I was at my family reunion, I prioritized enjoying time with family as much as possible. But I was able to maintain my weight! Ate a little more than usual I'm guessing but also walked a lot more than usual, averaged almost 13,000 steps a day last week.
