Weight last week fluctuated between 212 and 208. Today I'm in the middle at 210. I make progress and then I self sabotage for some reason, stop tracking, grab packaged snacks. I need to focus on consistency. Probably need to take a break for some mindfulness when I get the urge to grab a chocolate or granola bar.
