Well what to say about this mornings weigh in... not happy, not sure that I ate that bad, I defiantly had a few treats, but I didn't drink hardly any water all weekend, and it was super hot here for the last 5 days. I can feel the water retention in my fingers, toes, ankles.. so I am not sure how much of todays weight is actual weight gain. But I need to track each weight in and be accountable if it is a true gain, so this one has to hit the books too.
