Muscle: 40.5% 92.6lbs
I started using a new scale that gives body fat and muscle values. I am going to try weighing once a week on this scale.(Annoying that it doesn't agree with my old scale on weight!) I estimate that when I started in February that I was approx 36% body fat based on just looking at my body and measurements.
Based on looking at my body now and my measurements, I would say this scale is accurate. I am looking forward to seeing if I still agree overtime. I'm off to start my five day training week! Happy Saturday!!
