A slow drift. That's what I'm expecting with cycling calories. It will likely take a week to get back to where I was. I'm past the point of feeling anxious about it.

I agree with you Musician :D get past the point of feeling anxious about it! As Jmb says: Enjoy the Journey! Its really the Journey that teaches us how to live the lifestyle we so want to be right now :D if we rush thru the journey to get to our destination more than likely we will be on this journey again (trying to figure out where we went astray) but when we relax,take the time thats needed to learn what it is we need to learn in order to get it done right,the anxiety goes away as do the pounds! :D This is what *I* am learning.
