Wow. Okay. Looks like the system has cleared.

I think now I'm looking closer to 170 for an end goal rather than 175. I'm going to leave my goal at 175 so that any time I see other than blue I'll start dieting down again. That should keep me to within a range where a month of cutting will get me back to my weight.

The calipers seem pretty static for bf%, but since fat moves from cell to cell, and tummy being the last to come off, I expect to see a quick change over the next few weeks.

The Thrill is Gone

I know it's been a few days, but I saw BB King about three years ago live. The guy was beyond amazing. As a guitarist, I really appreciated the mans heart and ability. I don't think anyone matched his touch on the guitar. Goodbye BB. I'll never forget what you've given me.
