Here we go again...Karreim has been bugging me to get going again,,,I feel so FAT and out of shape. Having been in the car accident has really messed me up...being sedentary and lazy and eating everything. I have to get this eating thing under control again...all I want to do is eat. I am going to set a goal to walk 2 miles every day in the morning...working up to three then four.

Going to go through all the bad stuff in the house and replace with Atkins phase one food for FOUR weeks from the actual start point.

Yay me.

Great goal. I have done phase 1 numerous times, but I have great difficulty with it because I love fruits and veggies. I spent a lot of my life being vegan or vegetarian, so It's so hard to get used to eating mostly meat and things of that nature. I wish you luck and loss!

OMG!!! LMBO!!! I did not even realize that others were able to see my post!! THIS is so funny! I came on here again to join one of the groups and noticed 4 notifications! You guys are all great!! Ok...so here is the "skinny"...I lost 42 pounds doing Atkins ( the right way ) in 2011, I got down to 161 pounds from 203...I made a life change...moved from Florida back to RI to take care of my disabled dad and to work my ministry work. Ha...gained weight...went up to 181...then got into a car accident...sedentary and now I am 191 :( I feel FAT...I look FAT...because I am FAT. I have to face this. I am still in pain from the car accident...I have arthritis in my back and neck that was exacerbated by the accident and now I have bulging disks. And I am FAT. BUT, I am taking control...ATKINS and walking for now...self employed seamstress so I make my hours. Thank you for the support!!
