Thanks Jamaica. I'm feeling good about that and intend to stick with it. How was your vacation? 

We are sitting in the lobby waiting for the bus to take us to the airport - don't want to leave. :-( It was very hot this time, but we really enjoyed our trip, as usual. My travel down pants still fit so I'm not too worried about my weigh in. Hopefully I won't get an unpleasant surprise. 

Awww...I heard it is very hot now (which is a bit unusual). I'm very glad you had a great time. Don't worry about the weight, you will get back on track in no time, even if the scale # is frightening. Enjoy life while you can. Have a great day! 

Currently stuck in Montreal since last night - bad weather home. We were descending for an approach when it was deemed to be too dangerous to get any closer to the airport. Over 24 hours travelling now - I no longer have ankles. They're swollen to the size of my calves (very painful!). I'm considering doing a kid thing - lie on the floor and put my feet up on a chair! :-)
