This is the first month without a weight loss. I follow my plan and exercise 45 minutes every day, but no movement on the scale. BUT when I look in the mirror, my arms are thinner, waist smaller, stomach flatter. That is, of course, what it is all about. I wouldn't even bother to weigh myself if I weren't encouraged here and on my WW app. So for those frustrated dieters out there, look in the mirror. You will know. I keep a daily food journal. I am a very healthy, very young looking and acting 75 yr old. At this point, health is tantamount.One of the pictures I posted was me 17 lbs HEAVIER.
