I don't understand.. I have been eating only within in my points and even working out 5 days a week. Why am I gaining weight?! This is getting frustrating. :/

I noticed a couple of things from your food journal: you seem to have some low point days - maybe try meeting your points every day. Also, add some more veggies to meals and snacks, especially zero point items so you get vitamins and minerals for no points. Are you getting enough water? Good luck!

Some things to consider: are you eating all your daily points, every day? (eating less than your points can sometimes show up as no loss or even gains because you slow your metabolism), are you drinking your water? are you getting in your fruits, veggies, dairy and protein? (eating more natural compared to process type foods which are sodium laden can make a big difference), do you have sore muscles from working out? (sores muscles means the muscles are retaining water to help them heal and can show up as a temporary gain on the scale). You might also try using a few flex points on some days. The zig zagging of points can somtimes jump start our metabolisms. Keep trying different things and foods till you find what works for you. Also take your measurements. You might be losing fat/inches and not seeing it reflected on the scale yet.
