Hi everyone!
I have created a new challenge called BREAK THE HABIT. The idea is simple you choose one bad habit (or a few it's optional) that you wish to break and replace with something positive that will help you achieve your goals. My bad habit is snacking in the evenings when i'm not really hungry and I plan to use the evenings doing litte bits and pieces around the house and/or read a book. basically keep myself busy until my bad habit is broken. Please join with me if you feel it will help! we've got this!

My bad habit is constant coffee drinking through the day especially when home alone and bored. I've downed about 15 cups last Sunday....

Well coffee is better than chocolate i suppose. Maybe switch to decaf after 3 cups do you don't get too nervous then slowly switch to teas? Rosehip tea is a natural diuretic and detoxing tea. Plus it has vitamin c.
