Since May 20th when I made the intention to eat chocolate or some sweet treat every day (and stay within calories, macros) my weight has gone down or stayed the same. Last night I had planned to eat chocolate after I got kids to bed, but then after I had brushed my teeth I remembered that I had forgotten about it.
