I've been having a lot of trouble with my back and knee. A horse and I had a close encounter with an icy trail some years ago and I broke some rather important bones in my back. Then a few years later my knee got ran over by a 1000 lb handcart. I can usually just work through the pain but it's getting worse despite daily PT. My hope is that losing the extra lbs I've gained over the years will help dial down the pain level. Thanks to all of you who are sharing your journey here- it helps to know I'm not the only one with a weight-change purpose.
