So, down a little. I guess it's better than the alternative. I'm noticing as I get closer to my goal (23.5# to go) the losses are so much slower. Maybe it's the inclusion of pilates, maybe I'm at a plateau. Right now I'm working on toning and strength and flexibility.

I agree, You may want to adjust the daily calorie intake. I started a little higher and then backed it off as my body got used to it. My daily calories hit somewhere between 1150 and 1200. Everyone is different. My hubby has dropped his twice.
