So, down a little. I guess it's better than the alternative. I'm noticing as I get closer to my goal (23.5# to go) the losses are so much slower. Maybe it's the inclusion of pilates, maybe I'm at a plateau. Right now I'm working on toning and strength and flexibility. Have a great weekend all.
