Oh my! At first I thought you were being invaded by pirates, then I heard the scream all the way down here. I know how you feel. I've lost the same 2 lbs about 3 times now.

Bulletproof coffee is out for now. I want to EAT those calories. Going back to zone protein/carb ratios. I'm not going to worry about the fat other than keeping in the calories. At least I know absolutely what those ratios look like. That should get me started again.

DW has lost 5 lbs. every 2 weeks for the last 32 years. When I mentioned that she wouldn't weigh anything now if that were true . . . that's when the fight started!

I don't want to even think what this week has been like. Too much rain, not enough walking and serious protein/meat cravings. Guess winter is on the way.
