Well, I think I figured something out which sounds so simple now...what happens we tend to restrict ourselves to lose the weight, then go back to "normal" food and gain it all back. I decided to eat what I want within a calorie deficit practicing portion control so when I get to maintenance I can control myself.

@_bec_ca - I just took it off a few minutes back. (If you were referring to by pic, that was a few months back.) I grew a big massive Grizzly Adams scary one since then and now that one is gone too. 😄 Now bald and clean shaven for a hot minute!!! #BEASTMODE
