The hardest part of doing this low calorie intake, intermittent fasting, daily exercise (walking), no soda and lots and lots of water is my weekends. I did awesome this week except for Saturday where i went 40 calories over what I should have. Self-discipline ugh.. but it seems to be working and I'm sticking with it.
