Gained some weight for sure. Still in a thin healthy range — don't want to get a cycle of bad feelings/behavior going. I'd like to eat reasonably for today and tomorrow — tomorrow is a friend's elegant birthday dinner, so want to honor that with enjoying food in moderate to petite portions. After that, I am open to maybe returning to Optavia 5-1, and maybe if that goes well, then a leek cleanse (French Women Don't Get Fat). Mid-range, I'd like to transition off Optavia. Keep or increase my focus on petite meals of protein + mega veg, discreet eating times without eating or mouth stuff inbetween, other than water. And really enjoy it all!
