Well, that's a bit of a surprise. I imagine I'll be back around 169 or so again soon. Average cals over the last week was 2600. I'm happy with it. Somewhere around 13% body fat. Today is misty here. It's 7 degrees (around 45 F) and it looks like a fall day. Another week of cool weather and I'll be able to head out to get my firewood cut. Right now, any spark in the bush could still be a problem. Good luck everyone... especially you low carbers. :) Sometimes I feel like this!

I saw 13% body fat once; think it was sometime in the 60's. Amazing video. I was actually feeling sorry the little guy.

Thanks snezica. :) No problem BBB. Not picking on anyone tiarew. I've been one and I will use it again when it suits me. I've found that at a lower body fat carbs simply aren't the devil. That said, I believe that a lower (say keeping within 50 gr a day?) carb diet is the way to go. DK... that poor dog. lol
