Welcome! It may not give you super fast results like some other diets. But it may help to become aware of your eating habits and lead to lifestyle changes that will last. That's my hope, anyway. Cheers, and I hope you find this community as wonderfully supportive and awesome as I have.

(For me, it totally does! I trust in the science of calories in lower than calories out--and eat as many healthy foods as I can (or care to :)) fit in in my restricted calorie range. So far, it's been working pretty great! Good luck!)

Hey - I've been counting calories for 8 months and doing 35 minutes of medium pace aerobics. I've lost 45 lbs with 5 lbs. to go. My advice is to be sure to log your all your food. I haven't cut out sweets or pepsi, just cut way down. Good luck.

All the things I love are calorie bombs, lucky that I like naked veggies else I think I would crash and burn swiftly!
