Weight up again. Eating far more carbs than before. I'm not afraid of them. I'm enjoying having glycogen in the system again. My truck was towed back in by the mechanic who had worked on it a week ago and he found a burned out relay that had overheated, likely from cranking, when the fuel pump had failed. No charge. He gets my business again and he gets good press. Have a great day everyone. Shake it up.

The the Cars live in Vernon, BC many years ago in a bar before they 'made it'. $5 cover charge. Outrageous! Debated. Best band I've ever seen live.
