followed diet very well yesterday, the bagel from the day before got me. dang. I knew it would. just mean its taking a little longer but ill get there. just 5 more pounds. may go off hcg before 145 as I need to go into maintenance a little before going on vacation weekend. in the past ive still lost there as well as I see keep fairly low calorie and still not starches.
