I think I've finally gone a little crazy!...but crazy worked!...and if it means I'm a little crazy trying to loose weight then so be it!! For the past month or so I've been walking and hiking to get in my exercise, which for me has been monumental in itself. I knew there would be a time I'd needed to add some other means of exercise. I live in a tiny little house, not much room for movement! But my new "Mantra"... there are NO excuses to get active!
SSsssooooo! I closed my mini blinds (so the neighbors couldn't see me!) and I started to DANCE for (35 min.), like no one was watching!! For the past three days, I've just danced my a** off, and guess what? I've lost 2 lbs!! I just cranked up the music and danced like a lunatic! In between songs I just marched in place! I don't know about you? but I'm going to keep it up!
So the reason for sharing this lovely little story is....if you're struggling with getting up and beginning exercise, try turning up your favorite music and just start moving, and before long you'll be dancing to the music! It feels so good!
