Not a good time for weight control for me. My family starts the age of Leo celebrations on July 26, My younger brother's birthday, then Aug 1, is my older sister, Aug 2, is mine, Aug 8 is my younger sister and Aug 5 is that sister's daughter. So for the next two weeks, I running away from cakes, candies, champagne, beer and wines. Not to mention dinners, home cooked and going out. And also the end of Ramadan, which is now a holiday for some of my friends and co-workers. I will not be discouraged, but i am going to only allow so much more add on. But hopefully by my younger sister's b'day, Aug 8, it will be winding down and I can pick up where I stopped dropping and regain some control.
