Im not defined by that number on that scale. I took my measurements and im down almost 6" total for the month of June. Ice been workong my leg muscles like crazy trying to strengthen them for bike riding. I have goals to work towards...thats all. The weight will comef in time...I'm in the tougher stages now is all. Remembering when I stumble t's just that a stuble. It's not failure!! My Lord's word states it clearly..."Do not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time you will reap a harvest IF you do not give up". Well this chick isn't giving up!!
