Happily, the LCHF diet has been showing positive results. Dropped two more pounds in the past 3 days and more importantly, my Body Fat percentage is dropping as well. Therefore, I'll be continuing with this eating plan for a while to get firmly into ketosis before slowly upping my low-glycemic carb intake.
