Interesting. Carb load post workout and my weight has stayed where it was. Looks like the theory is correct. I still expect some serious swings in weight.

Day off. Lower carb.

I'm way more relaxed this time. I know it can be done. It's an experiment in both directions now. I must say during the bulk I seem to struggle to eat enough. Sometimes it gets boring.
