Nice drop this week. I didn't know what to expect, actually. I've been sick all week. Unable to hike since last Sunday. Only did some light hand weights and short, slow walks with the dog on a few of the other days. My calorie intake was down, though, because I just had no appetite. I'll just have to wait to see what this week brings. Still sick, but improving a little. No fever, just congestion, cough and lethargy.
