My work life is chaotic at the moment and affecting everything else. At least I haven't gained; but I was really hoping to have a nice loss.
Anyway, no time to cry!

This week I will be working night shifts. Looking at the positive, this means that I will be able to cook and eat lunch at home, and also have enough time to prepare a nice dinner to have while working. This should give some help.

Yep, no gain is great and having more control over your meals with the later shift will help too. You have plenty of time to get those results. Just stay consistent.

Don't neglect your sleep. Those night shifts can play havoc with your sleep schedule.
