good May Day Friday to all!! hope your weight goals are going in the directions you seek them too ! I'm stuck but after the body gets used to going up or down, its hard to get it to change course. . Dr. said it could take a couple of months. My avg. weight for April maintained 126.2#, so it's slowly climbing back towards the 130# mark, even tho it's not exactly ahowing on a daily/weekly basis. and with all the stresses still going on, makes it tough. have a great week!
