Completed week 1 of a 6 week workout challenge plan I started last Monday. The workouts are 30 minutes. So far successfully getting up before work to do. Kind of worked out with the Daylight Saving change. Feeling like I have more energy. Change is good. I was doing the same classes at the gym. Doing something else shows me so unfit in other areas. My food intake was good & bad. Continue to cleanup the bad.
