11lbs in a week is quite a lot. Some of it comes from quitting gym and the soreness-bloating going down but I do have to agree, I would be a little reserved of this sudden drop. It might be just your hard work, or the scale batteries.

Just glancing at your entries, I think it's a valid weight loss and NOT the scale...
Even if the batteries are dying, the numerical drop is consistent.
Spend $1.00 at Dollar Tree and get a new pair....
