Back under 145. Now, will it stay there??? Who knows. I'm staying on or close to my plan. The scale doesn't know that. But two tenths of a pound can be water weight, or mild constipation. I'm not going to stress over it. I'm not in hurry to reach 140, but I would like to get there. Here's to another good day!
