I just keep plugging away, doing my 10,000 steps on my fitbit helps. I still eat a lot of desserts but have some limits, otherwise I couldn't lose at all. The main thing is to not skip meals or fast or starve because you will slow your metabolism. I always eat breakfast. I am a vegetarian so don't eat meat. I also try to not eat cheese or other dairy which is very high in saturated fat. My weakness is icecream but I buy the little 4.5 oz so that limits me. I also eat almond milk icecream.
