Haven't been very hungry this past week which has been difficult trying to keep my fats up but have still been trying. It's also been "that week" so I've been craving pop instead of drinking my water. Not good, but thankfully I'm still 2 lbs down for the week. I also had a girl's night out where I slightly over indulged on red wine, but I got on things the next day.Been very proud of myself for not giving in to sweets or other bad carbs. I've been feeling really great, even during "that week" which has really surprised me. Loving how feel, loving watching the weight come off!
One thing to note, fatsecret should increase database for items without buns. I don't eat fast food hardly at all, but today I had a bacon cheeseburger from Sonic without the bun. I did look up the nutrition info for just the bun so that could subtract the carbs but can't notate it. Kinda frustrating.
