Actually had an English Muffin/Chicken Sandwich yesterday. It was really good with the bread, but I dont want to give rebirth to those desires. Its like a smoker who has stopped, having one more leads to DANGEROUS Territory. Havent walked in so long...need to climb back up on that horse and do what I know is needed for continued good health.
