Hello everyone...hope you are all happy and staying true to your food choices. Looks like a rainy day here, but no problem. Sometimes they are nice ...gives me a chance to kick back and do nothing with no guilt. Went to Olive Garden yesterday for lunch. Had the soup and salad. Only ate the broth in soup and NO bread stixs. I did lick the butter and garlic off of one...made the lunch over the moon. Isnt low carb eating great?! All those years I thought the bread was the good part, when all along it was the garlic and butter I loved. Plan on a Toco Salad today, salsa and sour cream,chips on the side. Chips on the side allows me to be in control of how many I eat. Have a great day all. Hopefully FS will let me post this and not kick me off like sooooooo many times before!
