I was sick for 2 days and barely ate anything except for bouillon soup. I also didn't move so maybe that's why my weight is up or I might be retaining water from all the salt in the bouillon.
I will weigh in daily the next few days to see what happens!

I hope you're better now! :) That's probably why your weight is up, but the fact that it's up is also good sickness-wise. You're very likely to be retaining water because of the salt! That's a good plan. :)
