Good day yestereday. Was able to eat a few "off Limit foods" because of the wt. down #. Today I will get back on track. People are telling me I have lost too much wt. That says to me that I dont look good. If you cant say something nice dont say anything at all is what I want to say back. I feel good, my health is good and my Dr. is pleased. Is it possible that fat likes company...that way one doesnt have to feel guilty about their own wt. Enough negative...today will be great and I will touch those around me in a positive way!
