broke under 133#!! only a little more than a #, to my goal, but really not too concerned, as now my Dr says maybe 135 may be better because of my age and bones. as long as I can maintain between 130-135# guess that will be ok!, but once on the loosing kick, hard to stop and start the maintenance phase.
