In Transition phase
• 3 weeks of adding a cup of veggies (plus adding some protein like cottage cheese before working out)
• Monday started adding a cup of fruit.

So far so good. Thinking about transitioning from Optavia packaged foods 5 meals a day and 1 cooked meal, to 3 cooked meals, 1-2 whole foods snacks, maybe 1 packaged Optavia snack. Not yet - down the road.

Had a bump in my exercise with Memorial Day weekend. Have to drop my Saturday Zumba because I have a standing quartet gig Sat morning. Then had to drop my monday Zumba class because the gym didn't have classes on the holiday. Then also missed Tuesday Body pump because I had a new trio meeting, and I hadn't learned how to schedule it. But I got back into it with Zumba last night and it felt great!
