I've been on Transitioning on Optavia since May 8, adding in a cup of vegetables a day. But I've also busted through my month-long plateau and am under 130 all week!

Losing weight with Optavia was Phase One (36 pounds lost so far!). Now I'm making exercise and movement my Phase Two.
• Did Zumba 4 days in a row Mon-Thu last week
• Went to a Body Pump weight lifting class Monday (felt great!)
• Went to a Line Dancing class for the first time Tuesday
• Reading Dr. A's section on Movement in "Habits of Health." He advocates movement all day as more important than isolated exercise. I'm still learning how he suggests doing that.

Also, I've been feeling more resilient emotionally. It's a great feeling! My whole life, I've felt like I was on a thin path of emotional stability - I had to be really careful or else I'd drop down into sluggishness or depression. Now I don't feel like I have to be quite so careful all the time. It is a really great feeling. I'm enjoying it while it lasts. (And hope it does!)
