I'm down a whole pound. A weight-loss buddy told me that her doctor is now recommending at least 30 grams of protien in the morning so I decided to give it a try. I've switched from Zone protien bars and coffee to a yogurt smoothie with protien powder. It's difficult for me to eat solid food in the mornings. So far so good.
