Dropped a lb. Normal for me up-down a lb. or so @ day. As a celebration of the lost lb. I had a thin spread of crunchy Peter Pan on my piece of Land O Lake Cheese along with a grilled chix leg. A true breakfast of champions! Yet, another walk on the wild side.
