Had some firsts for me today: walked 5 miles on the treadmill (5 mph), did 50 squats, 50 push ups, 50 pelvic thrusts & held a superman stretch for one minute. Though this may be nothing to those that work out often- it was a huge accomplishment for me. I'm really proud of myself and hope I can keep the momentum going this year! Up a smidgen in weight but hopeful it is muscle gain and once my body realizes it doesn't have a ton of food to burn, it will start going for the stored fat (LOL). Staying positive and looking forward to my future healthy self.
