Up and down with wt. Haven't been able to walk with all the rain. Sunkeeper thanks for getting in touch and I answered, but it was gone the next day so dont know if you saw the reply. Sorry about the snow and ice, hope all is better now. Where do you live? I'm in Florida and this AM is our first cold morning. We went from 78 yesterday to 54 this morning with a strong wind... feels cold to me! Guess even the alligators have frost on their noses. Stay warm and safe.

I'm in Ontario, not far from Toronto where the weather has been terrible this year. Another storm coming tomorrow into Mon so it'll be time with the treadmill for me for sure. 54 would be shorts and t shirt weather to me about now.

Good Morning Sunkeeper. Has the new storm hit ya'll yet? I can not imagine what it must be like to be covered in snow and ice...it would be a new adventure for sure! I worked in the yard most of yesterday, trimmed, edged and still mowing grass. Took down Christmas decorations, hate the black hole taking them down leaves. Found a UTube, how to make low carb ice cream. Looks easy and sounds good. Think I will give it a try. If it is worthwhile I'll let you know. Never could find your directions for coconut candy. After all this time I still don't know how to use this site. Have a great day, stay safe and warm!
